Hi my name is Jacqui and I am hosting a workshop all about your core and pelvic floor.

If you’re anything like me, there is an exercise, or something that makes you really need a wee. It can be super uncomfortable and put you off doing a simple thing.

I’m a trainer at The Mint Yard and see it all the time, certain exercises such as jump squats or running on the spot just makes a lot of women run out of the room and straight to the bathroom.

In this 90minute workshop you will learn the techniques I use with my clients and for myself to heal ab separation and protect against a prolapse.

This will big a huge help to your pelvic floor control to stop you having that sudden urge to pee.
