We get you results through body weight (Frame) and weighted (Carve) classes developed and run by our Rockstar trainers. We hold no judgement, we only ask you help each other, you pick each other up, you finish as a tribe.
All classes are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based to make sure you look amazing and feel even better.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are Strength.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are Cardio.
Pick Your Class
Use your body weight as your own challenge in our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based classes to tone and reveal your true frame. You can do so much with your body, from circuit based rounds to strength based body weight. We keep your body guessing to get maximum results.
Experiment with new and different moves using Barbells and Dumbbells to define and mould your ideal body. You will be using as many muscles through as many joints as possible with each exercise to increase your metabolic burn. Be ready to build strength and burn fat.
