I started The Mint Yard because I was fed up of seeing people going to the gym and never changing their shape. Everyone always used to look so bored plodding away on the treadmill, headphones in not talking to anyone. So I want to change that and make it a fun place where you actually get results and enjoy a workout. I want to make you healthy, and by that I mean physically, mentally and socially. It’s more than a workout, it’s being part of the Tribe.
Jacqui has been in your shoes. She knows where you come from. She has her own amazing transformation to show you can do anything. She is our transformation specialist, because it’s more than a workout. She’ll be able to guide you on much more.
Woody takes a holistic approach to health and fitness. Originally a professional sailor, now he is our Sport Therapist as well as personal trainer and class instructor. Don’t let the guns throw you off, Woody has a wealth of knowledge on overall health and wellness, not just the weights.
Olivia is studying for her degree in Sport during the week and the weekends are full of Netball. But not just normal netball, she’s pretty good. She’s a performance expert, so if you’re getting ready for an event, she’s your girl.
